Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, including property maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities, including lease agreements, maintenance requests, and financial transactions.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for necessary repairs and maintenance work.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with tenants and address their needs.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Ability to negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
- Proficiency in office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Understanding of the operating complexities and the daily tasks associated with the position.
Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
